Each Cone Performance Breakaway system is handcrafted in the USA using premium materials, hand TIG-welded and state-of-the-art laser welding for increased strength, precision, and consistency every time.

Stepped 2-1 exhaust design optimizes exhaust airflow for increased horsepower, stronger low and mid-range torque where you ride the majority of your time and crisp throttle response across the RPM range. 

The Breakaway muffler uses our two piece angled cone body giving it a 63 degree exit angle, focusing the gasses away from the bike. The style of the breakaway gives it a sleek look with moderate turnout giving a subtle aggressiveness while helping guys with standard HD luggage and many aftermarket fitments.
